Oklahoma City (Nov. 5, 2009) – Donna Ramsey believes if she can win the Oklahoma Lottery then anyone can. Her proof is the $50,000 she won from playing the newest Scratcher, $50,000 Jackpot, from the Oklahoma Lottery. “You can win big playing the Lottery,” Ramsey said. “It can happen to the simplest person.” An occasional player, Ramsey purchased a ticket on a whim at the Verden Food Mart at 102 N. 1st Street in her hometown. She was so excited that she immediately drove to the Lottery headquarters to claim her prize. Looking toward the future, Ramsey plans on paying off her mortgage and buying new toys for her son.
